- Select the sequence, including the FASTA header line (e.g., >Unknown 1) and copy it to the Clipboard.
- Go to the Simple Search link.
- Paste the sequence in the Data Entry window.
- Click the appropriate button to select the taxonomic group of interest, for the indicated loci.
- Click the Submit button.
