Would you like to try DNA Surveillance but don't have any DNA sequences?

To try a sequence:

  1. Select the sequence, including the FASTA header line (e.g., >Unknown 1) and copy it to the Clipboard.
  2. Go to the Simple Search link.
  3. Paste the sequence in the Data Entry window.
  4. Click the appropriate button to select the taxonomic group of interest, for the indicated loci.
  5. Click the Submit button.
Wait a few seconds before you click the "Retrieve Results" button to retrieve the results of the phylogenetic analysis.
